The Law School Helpdesk should be your contact only if you have issues with:
- Tulane Law School (TLS) Computer Lab and applications
- The Intranet
- Printing in the Computer labs and student offices

IMPORTANT! The Law School Help Desk is not an off-shoot of Tulane Technology Services (TS), however we are their liaisons and will help when we can, but often times we will direct you to work with TS for issues with your University user account and the supported technologies designated above since they are managed by TS and not the Law School.
Tulane Technology Services is the main contact for issues regarding:
- University user accounts and passwords
- eMail (WaveMail)
- Gibson Online
- BlackBoard
- Purchasing hardware and software at academic discounts
- Provisioning wireless internet access for your wireless devices
- Troubleshooting issues with your personal computer via the Technology Services Center
