IMPORTANT! The Law School Help Desk is not an off-shoot of Tulane Technology Services (TS), however we are their liaisons and will help when we can, but often times we will direct you to work with TS for issues with your University user account and the supported technologies designated above since they are managed by TS and not the Law School.
